Traveling in the Swayisphere
I am setting off on a solo journey of self discovery from Cape Town to Cornwall with France in between.
Some of you may be wondering, what is the Swayisphere? Well, at this point in my life’s journey, it is a state of mind. It is the here and now and what I hope will be.
67 days, varying climates, cultures, and cuisine. Not to mention the wardrobe challenge! How do you pack to work on a wildlife reserve in Zimbabwe, stroll the beaches of Nice, and wander the streets of London? With a ridiculously long “to go” list. Then you wait a couple of days and unpack to take out the clothes and shoes you know you’ll never wear. And you pack again. Hey, this is light packing, for me!
The first leg is San Francisco to Heathrow, eight-hour layover and then to Cape Town. I do hope you will come along for the ride.
